Anthropic Console overcharged my card 100x due to internationalization input bug

A developer in Costa Rica says Anthropic's Console charged $504 instead of $5.04 when adding API credits, because the amount field mishandled the decimal separator and had no confirmation step. An Anthropic employee replied on Hacker News that the form bug is being fixed and support will contact the user.
